Now when you receive a call on your Google Voice “Business Line” your phone will ring with a special ringtone and you’ll know how to answer without even looking at the phone. SUPER HANDY! Lets take it one step further.

In your Google Voice admin area under “Settings”, under “Calls”, set “Call Screening” to ON! If you don’t answer your business calls they will be sent to your business voice mail on Google Voice. This tactic separates your business voicemail from your personal voicemail. If you don’t do this your business calls will be forwarded to your cell phone voicemail, which you won’t want!
